Discussion regarding the request of a waiver from the City of Burlington to Axley Brynelson, LLP who is currently representing the City, through the City's EMC Insurance in a fall-on-sidewalk case, to also represent Reesman’s Excavating and Grading, regarding a possible land purchase/future development. 18.
